Sundance nightly rental rate: For Sundance, the nightly rental rate is $550 for up to 6 guests, and $25 for each additional guest up to 8 at maximum capacity. Add 6% hotel/motel tax.  We require a 2 night minimum stay, except on major holidays - - which is a 3 night minimum.

Moondance nightly rental rate: For Moondance, the nightly rental rate is $250 for up to 2 guests, and $25 for each additional guest up to 4  at maximum capacity.  Add 6% hotel/motel tax.  We require a 2 night minimum stay, except on major holidays - - which is a 3 night minimum.

Pet rate:  There is a $50 charge per pet for both Sundance and Moondance.  Add 6% tax.
